I can hear you yelling from all the way over here:

“Please tell me how I can save so much money on diapers!”

Why I Love Amazon For My Diapers

Let me start by saying that no one is paying me to say this. I’m simply amazed at how much better and cheaper is is to buy diapers through Amazon as opposed to elsewhere.

Why do I love them so much?

• Awesome prices. The prices of diapers when combined with the Amazon Family trick simply can’t be beat. Box stores like Walmart & Target don’t even come close.
• Their delivery might actually use rocketships. I couldn’t believe how quickly they ship out. With Mom, you get next-day delivery. That means you order today, and they’re at your house tomorrow. I can’t even describe how awesome that is.
• Free 365-day returns. If you aren’t happy with your diapers for some reason, you can return them at no cost no matter when you purchased them. Totally risk-free.

Why Buying Diapers Online is Better

These days, most of the best diapers deals can be found online. Stores like Target & Walmart just can’t compete with online retailers. That sucks for them, but it means super savings for us.

Things To Think About Before Purchasing Any Diapers

Here are some things you’ll want to consider before you purchase any diapers; it can make a big difference!

• Cloth vs. cheap disposable diapers. This is a difficult decision, and one that many parents have differing opinions over. While you will definitely save money by going with cloth diapers and washing them, it’s obviously not something every parent wants to deal with. The other option is to buy disposable diapers in bulk, which can also save you a lot of money, but not quite as much as going with cloth diapers.
• Think about your baby, and how many diapers you need. When your baby is very young, he or she will grow very quickly, meaning that you might not be able to use an entire huge box of disposable diapers before they don’t fit anymore. If you think that your baby is soon going to outgrow their current diapers, it wouldn’t make much sense to buy a huge, bulk order of that size.
• You need somewhere to dispose of them. You can’t just throw diapers in the trash can… it’s going to smell up the place! A good solution is a diaper pail; a special type of can that is designed to hold diapers and eliminate the smells. Highly recommended!

Now I am a guy and I guess I think about these things just a bit differently.  Honestly, this deal is NOT any different than it was before.  If reality was that we only needed ONE box of diapers – then sure, by far this is a better deal.  But…. since we need multiple boxes, using the codes on 3 different transactions for 3 separate boxes is just as good as ordering one box with all three codes: you will eventually need the other boxes that you will not have the 20% off code on.  Either way, it is a great deal if used all at one time or over 3 purchases.  If you use disposable diapers, you will not want to miss this deal.
